4. How We Share Information

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that support our business operations, including CRM systems, customer support platforms, analytics tools, and communication providers.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers solely for operational purposes such as delivering SMS communications and customer support; however, such providers are contractually restricted from using personal data for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Google User Data & API Services

When you choose to connect a Google account to INFI — for example, to link your Google Business Profile or your Google Ads account — we access, use, store, and share Google user data only as described in this section and only to provide the features you request.

Google Ads data. If you connect a Google Ads account, INFI uses the Google Ads API (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to (a) read your campaign, ad group, keyword, cost, impression, click, and conversion metrics so we can display them in your INFI dashboard and marketing reports, and (b) where you explicitly direct us to, create and update campaigns, budgets, keywords, and ads on your behalf. The Google Ads API offers only this single OAuth scope, with no read-only alternative, so it is required even for read-only reporting features. We access only the accounts you authorize and act solely at your direction.

Limited Use. INFI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, INFI:

• Uses Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above, which are prominent in the INFI interface;

• Does not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition;

• Does not use Google user data for serving advertising, including personalized, targeted, or interest-based advertising;

• Does not allow humans to read Google user data, unless we first obtain your consent to view specific data, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations; and

• Does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

You can review or revoke INFI’s access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by contacting us at support@infi.us. When you revoke access or delete your INFI account, we delete the Google user data associated with your account, except where retention is required to comply with applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
